Special Characters (Accents) Not Being Imported Properly

    I changed my imported posts to use full content (I have the developer version). Prior to changing it to full content, it was importing letters with accents like this – A. Lange & S?hne – properly. Now it is importing it like this – A.Lange & S?hne. That’s happening in both the title and the content. Is there a workaround for this? Why is it happening?
