special characters in the product name

In Settings > Relevanssi > Indexing > Custom fields, choose either “Visible” or “Some” and then add “searchname” in the list of custom fields to index. Then just rebuild the index and it should work.

Did you reindex the whole database after changing the settings?

With the free version, the only way to check is to look at the database. When you look at the wp_relevanssi database table, you can see the posts as Relevanssi sees them. The doc column matches the post ID.

If after all that the post is not found with the code, your site is not using Relevanssi for the search. Flatsome should be compatible, but some other plugin may be messing with the search. Can you find the post using the Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search)?

Works. Yesterday did not work, but today it works. Maybe this is PHP OPCache?
