When we import CSV files with special characters is doesn’t show these characters.

    For example

    1 2
    ?v?rt ís ?v?rt ís
    ?v?rt ís ?v?rt ís

    You will see ?v?rt ?s

We tried 2 different page encoding types but that is not the problem.

  • Hi @evertbotterweg ,

I just tested this on our local and was able to reproduce your issue. Thanks much for the catch.

As of now, special characters works fine with XLSX format. You can convert CSV to XLSX using Google sheets.

I will make sure to let you know once the issue with CSV format is fixed.

    Kind Regards.

    Hi,

Here the same issue. When I import with .xlsx file I see the right characters in the table, but when I publish the shortcode in the page I see it different. I see that all the words start with Capital letters…

    Hi @webliners ,

Words starting with Capital letters should be from the style settings. Have you set the “Text transform” to Capitalize in the Header and Cell Typography?

You can see this option in Tablesome Settings -> Styles

    Capitalize in Header Typography

Do try changing this in Header and Cell Typography and let me know if that resolves your problem.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards.
