Special characters now displaying as code rather than the wanted characters.

  • I just deleted an old theme I wasn’t using and didn’t want and now my website’s special characters have gone bad, like this:

    Leta€?s start

    Should that happen as a result of deleting an unused theme and any idea of how I might get all these codes working again?
