Special characters umlaut not display correctly in mail, when file attached

The umlauts in the message body (only, message title is good) are not display correctly, when a file is attached to the form. If not file ist attached, the umlauts are display correctly.
A look into the email properties -, internet header reveals different values for the header tag Content-Type. With attactment it is multipart/mixed, wihtout it is text/plain; charset=UTF-8
