    Hi there! I would like to ask a question. Does woocommerce have the possibility for a registered user of my site to give him access to see orders according on some selected registered users? In simple words, this user must have “admin” access on those selected users to check their orders; and that only. We don’t want him to change or modify any settings of the site. Thank you,

    Thanks for the suggestions but these plugins that you posted they do not offer the “selected user orders”. I want a user to see selected user-orders that i will give him access to.

    Because your question is fairly specific, I think you will not find a suitable plugin, but custom code can offer the solution.
