Special Mail Tags not saved

I can not save Special Mail Tags in the form. it does not matter what i insert, once i save the form everything is cleared from the input field.

I managed to see that once you save something it will send the data once. but if you open and save the form again, it will overwrite those settings with empty, and all your Special Mail Tags are removed again.
