Special post on top of the search results

  • Is it possible and how?

    for example I have several categories and several taxonomies
    category 1, category2, etc
    and
    taxonomy 1 with term1, term 2, term3 …
    taxonomy 2 with term 1, term2, term3 …

    now when I search category 1 taxonomy 1 term 1 and search results appear is it possible make special post (by ID) on top of the search results, like:

    category=1&taxonomy1=term1&taxonomy2=term1=
    for this search special post (ID1) on top

    category=1&taxonomy1=term2&taxonomy2=term1=
    for this search special post (ID2) on top

    category=1&taxonomy1=term3&taxonomy2=term2=
    for this search special post (ID3) on top
