Special Recent Posts not compatible with Jetpack Photon

Hi,
Just a quick note to say that it appears the thumbnail caching aspect of the plugin isn’t compatible with Jetpack’s Photon CDN service.
One idea is you can use the code suggested on this page to have Photon skip images in the cache to avoid the conflict.
