special tag not working inside modal window

well, i know i am not supposed to use the special tags ( e.g.[_post_id] ) outside the main page or post content, but i really really need to use the contact form on a modal window (easy modal). Is there anyway i can solve this issue? Thanks! and Happy Christmas.
