“Special Weather Statement” links to “page not found”

One of my clients is using the Weather Underground plugin and it is showing a “Special Weather Statement” notice in the widget. If you click on it for more information it goes to a “page not found” error.

I’m not sure if the “Special Weather Statement” notice is appearing when it shouldn’t be, or if it’s just not linking to the correct page.
