    Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to create several calendars associated with specific admins.

For example, service 1 is linked to admin 1. This calendar is displayed conditionally. Once the user has chosen an appointment date and time and validated the form sent, the administrator linked to the calendar receives an email allowing him to validate the appointment or not.

Is this type of system possible?

I’ve seen that all this can be linked to salesforce, can you confirm this?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

In that case you can use the following feature for conditionally display the calendar:

… use the following feature in the email setup area:

You can use directly the drop-down used for conditionally display the calendars (adding the email address in the value of the options).

Thank you for using the plugin!

    Hi, there,

I finally bought the solution. But I’d like to take advantage of this discussion to look more closely at the conditionality feature.
I followed your advice and the conditional display works perfectly.
I’ve understood how to display a calendar based on previous choices. But I can’t see how to associate a specific email.
I’ve created a dropdown field with the emails of each administrator as a value, but how can I ensure that, depending on the user’s choices, a particular value in this field is selected?

Thank you very much for your help
