    Hello,

    I’m from France (so excuse me in advance if I’m not really understandable) and looking for a booking system for a customer and I tried a lot, but without success.
    My needs are maybe too specific, but I wonder if your solution may be suitable for me…

    Here are my needs :

    1
    possibility to make a deposit, with reminder mails which include payment link for balance paiement X days before the booking start day

    2
    unauthorize to book only a sunday
    or unauthorize to start a booking a sunday (depending on what?is possible to do)

    3
    when a booking end on a saturday, sunday?must be included
    or when a booking is just on saturday,?sunday?must be included

    4
    specific additional amount when weekend is booked (only the we or days + we)
    or
    another specific additional amount when booked only in the week

    (or it can be the reverse :
    specific discount when weekend is booked (with other days or not)
    or
    another specific discount when booked only in the week

    )

    for example, with 350$ default price / day :

    3 days from Mo to We : (350*3)+200=1250$ (200$ added amount due to “only in week” booking)
    4 days from We to Sa : (350*5)+50=1800$ (50$ added amount du to “added weekend” and 5th day added due to enforced 2 days for a weekend)

    I hope it’s not too complicated…

    Hello Matthieu,

    Booking Activities is actually French made ?? You can contact me in French by email.

    However, it may not meet your needs either.

    1.
    You can’t make a deposit with Booking Activities.
    You need to use WooCommerce to make online payments, and I don’t know any deposit plugin that is compatible with Booking Activities. It may exist, or it may be possible with custom code.

    2. and 3.
    With Booking Activities, you place your events on a calendar, and your customers pick them to book them. They cannot select multiple events, and there are no rules binding the events. The only way to book multiple events at once is to group them (demo), but it will be predefined groups, the customer cannot compose his own.
    Else, you can use WooCommerce and add your bookings to cart one by one. Then it is possible to perform the desired checks with custom code.

    4.
    You can’t do it as described.
    If it can help, you can set a price on specific events (or groups of events) with the Prices and Credits add-on.

    It appears to me that your needs are very specific. You will probably have to choose a booking system close to what you need and adapt it with custom code (in that case, make sure its features can be extended with its API).
