Specific e-mail address doesn’t receive email

Same problem here, but the weird thing is for me, I receive the emails to the domainmail. That is not even what I want. Because my customer has her own email that she wanna use. Outlook, gmail etc I don’t receive emails there either.

@snowikitty – see I have the same problem! Can I just reply to someone else’s post with “Me too”?.
