Specific need — does the plugin do this?

    Hey guys,

    It looks like Bulk Edit Categories and Tags is pretty complete, but I’m not sure if it does what I need.

    I want to add a specific category to all posts that have a specific tag, and then keep adding more posts to that category based on other tags.

    Can I do that using this plugin?

    Hi Rafael

    You need our premium posts spreadsheet where you will see all the posts as rows and fields are columns, and you can search by tag and edit all the search results at once to set a category.

    Good, @josevega. And does it handle a very large database fine? We have more than 61,000 posts and 58,000 tags.

    Our plugin is designed for big sites, it will work fine.

    One more specific need: can I, for example, add a new category for all posts EXCEPT the ones that are in another 1-2 categories? Kind of an “if not in”, understand?

    Yes, the search is very powerful, you can make unlimited searches with operators like “category contains X and category not contains Y”.
