Specific orders are duplicated

Hi, whenever we get an order from a dropshipping company (let’s call it X) and it’s processed on their platform first (marked as “Order Received”), we get the order sent to our Woocommerce but it’s duplicated and our stock is reduced twice. If we change the status of the order(s) in Woocommerce, for example from Processing to Completed, they are duplicated again and our stock is reduced again. We have Paypal and Stripe as payment methods on our website for the customers that order via our website, but their orders have the payment marked as “payment via X”. Don’t know if this has any relevance but though it’d be good to mention.
All other orders made on our platform don’t have this issue, only the dropshipping ones. The dropshipping company doesn’t seem to know why this is happening either. Any ideas where to start debugging this issue?
