Specific pages condition not displaying selection after save

    Hi,

    I noticed that if i select the condition: specific pages that after my selection and update the info disappears and only the + sign is there. The rules keeps working, but you can’t see your selection. I use the latest version of word press and the plugin. Any ideas? Looking into buying but i am testing out first.

    thanks for reaching out.

    I can only guess that there might be a conflict with another plugin or script from the theme.

    Do you know how to look for JavaScript issues? You can follow this tutorial on www.ads-software.com. There is likely a red warning when the page is loaded and the conditions not showing up.

    This warning could indicate the origin of the problem (theme or plugin). You could also test this by disabling other plugins using the troubleshooting mode in the Health Check plugin. It allows you to disable plugins for your user account only.

    Please let me know if either of these methods reveals the conflicting plugin so that I can try to reproduce it on our own test sites.
