Specific post for specific user?

  • Hello.

    Is it possible to change some codes of WordPress so that specific users only get access to a specific post of which they can change?

    Say that User3 log onto the admin panel, how can I make it such that this user is forwarded to, for example, post ID 500 for editing?
    I would not want this user to access any other part of the control panel either.

    Any Guru/mentor out there who is willing to help me?
