Specific theme or plugin for ads management

  • I need a plugin that will enable my site visitors to post their ads directly on my site. While surfing the internet I found a site that uses something like https://www.<sitename&gt;.com/?wpbrmethod=ad&hit=Y&id=34. Anybody have an idea of a theme or plugin that uses the “wpbrmethod=ad&hit=Y&id=34=ad” variables for ads management. Please I need this ASAP.
