Specific User's Posts On Dashboard Menu

Hi. I started a new blog with wordpress on october this year. As I was a newbie, so I thought of creating it on a free domain. But now I have got some more users in my blog. When we log into the admin dashboard or post menu in dashboard, we see the list of total posts of the blog. Is there any way to show a specific user only his/her own posts? I have got a tutorial here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/count_user_posts but it tells to do a lot of editing template files which I am not used to. I am now using Your Posts on Dashboard plugin which only works in dashboard but not in the posts menu. Is there any plugin which can create another option of own posts in the posts menu? or can you provide me the edited template files. My site: https://rupkothar-kabbo.tk
