Specify Custom Permalink While Importing

  • Is it possible to specify a custom permalink when importing from WP All Imports? When I use the Custom Permalinks plugin (which I like much less), they have a custom fields so I can specify the permalink by setting that field.

    Does this plugin have similar capabilities?

    Hi @lsilver,

    unfortunately, it is not possible at this moment. Custom Permalinks plugin uses custom fields (meta keys) to store the URIs, that is why it is possible to set the custom URIs during the import process. My plugin keeps all custom permalinks in a single wp_options record (serialized array).

    I will check if it is possible to hook into WP All Imports API and if so, this new feature will be added in next 1-2 months.
