Specify quantity in product page without price

Hi!
I’m using woocommerce in catalog mode and I added the possibility to request a quote(yith woocommerce request a quote plugin), but I need to offer the possibility to select products quantity in the single product page. Can I show the quantity selection in the product page without product price? how can I do it? can I override some files?
