Specifying post ID for page translation

Hi!

I have some pages which have the same name and it gets very complicated to specifying which one is the translation, mostly a trial and error process.

I would prefer to use, instead of page name, the page ID or slug.

How do i do this, i entered it a couple of time but when i save the page what i entered disappears.
