Specifying the folder to upload to

Hi,

I need to upload some MP3 to my website. If I use the Media Uploader from within the site, it works fine but it puts the files in a folder based on the date. I want to create a folder called MP3 and then upload all the files into that specific folder. We’ll be adding more every week or so and we want them to all be together instead of being spread all over in date folders.

Is there a way to do this within WordPress itself? I don’t want the extra step of FTP’ing them in by hand…
