Spectra Form not working

Hi,
I’ve been checking the forum and it seems a commun issue. The working works when refreshing via Emptying Cache via my host service, otherwise it doesn’t send any email.
I’m using a WP email SMTP plugin and using reCaptcha. The theme is Astra and the builder Spectra.
