    Hi,

I have Spectra and Gravity Forms installed on the same site. When I turned on the AJAX submission option for the GF form, half the pages on the site broke (browser 400 error; “malformed request”).

I deactivated Spectra, and the problem went away.

There is an incompatibility between Spectra and using GF Ajax submission that results in massive damage to the website. I already submitted a ticket to GF and I hope you can work with them on a solution. (Unfortunately I contacted them before determining that Spectra was the other half of the equation, and since I don’t see a way to amend that ticket I’ll have to wait for them to get back to me to tell them.)

    Please advise, thank you.

(Should have done this before writing, I know)

I have narrowed down the problem. I had toggled on the Spectra option to load Google fonts locally. Turning that off allowed the GF AJAX to work.

So, the conflict is somewhere between Spectra’s Google font loading, and GF’s AJAX form submission.

    Hello @cmerrick,

We’re glad you were able to get it to work.

Please feel free to open a new thread in case of any other queries.

    Regards.

    Judith.
