Spectra – table of content not working properly

    Hello, since some time table of content is not working for me anymore.
    If I get into post or page, edit and save I can see everything fine but after some time (not sure what is the time frame) instead of table of content message saying “Add a header and start generating the table of contents” appears. (well might be slightly different in English version as this is translated from Czech)

    It is not, I have clear caches. I deleted table of content from anywhere and created a new one.
    But after last release very same thing happen again – I basically need to go to each post and page open it in edit mode and save it.
    I guess I will just replace the plugin with another one since this solution is not sustainable.
