[Spectrum] change menu

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to change the menu items in Spectrum (the ones that read Featured, Location, etc..) here

They appear to be a snapshot of the my categories when I applied the theme. I can’t find anywhere to customize it and even deleting the categories will not remove them from the menu
