  • @taxplusedutuber Could you please try to uncheck the option “Enable merging of JS files” and “Enable merging of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript & CSS and check if it helps to fix the issue?

No it is not helping. I unchecked the option “Enable merging of JS files” and “Enable merging of CSS files

I wish I’d read your message two hours ago. I’ve just installed WP-Optimize (an hour ago), run a bunch of optimisations, not the ones with the exclamation mark, and now the site is showing text only when I go from the dashboard. When I access it from an Incognito site, all of the icons for social media are full-screen size and the layout is destroyed. I did take a backup before activating the plugin but I’m hoping that there is a quick fix for this. Thanks.

Is anybody working on this issue? I would like a quick fix as I believe I have the same problem as the original poster (@taxplusedutuber). I did create a backup but I am restricted in the upload (50Mb). My backup is 500Mb. I don’t have access to FTP at the moment as my site is hosted on an Azure portal so I can’t edit the wp-config.php file. I’ve put a lot of work into this and at the moment I have access to nothing.

@stevescarlett Have you performed a conflict test yet?

Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.

If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

Please let us know your findings.
