    Hi,

    Yes, you are right. If you set the minimum characters for “search in place” in 4, the plugin calls for results after the fourth character typed by the user in the search box, and for each new character entered by the user, the plugin calls the server side for limiting the results. If you set for minimum characters a very small number, the plugin should call more times to the server side for filtering the results.
