• My woocommerce cart and checkout did not load with Speed Optimizer. I had to deactivate it for the cart and checkout to load.

    Hello @suongmle,

I did not manage to replicate the mentioned issue on a fresh WordPress application with Woocommerce.

However, I would recommend you to try tweaking the frontend optimization options in our plugin and to check if there will be any difference:

    https://siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/speed-optimizer/frontend-optimization/

If this is the case, you can leave the particular setting disabled and still benefit from the rest of the features offered by our plugin.

If the issue persists, please feel free to submit a support ticket in your Client Area at Siteground.

    Regards,
    Vladimir

I tried to tweak (enable/disable) the frontend optimization, but it did not save the setting. It reset to the original setting when I got out and got back in.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

It is possible for such issue to occur if chache/memchace is not flushed properly upon saving the settings. Without being able to recreate the issue, however, I can not provide further information about what actually causes it. As my colleague mentioned please contact us via a support ticket so we could investigate the issue further.

    Best Regards,

    Simeon Boev
