speed page load with image size

Hi,
when i test a website with https://gtmetrix.com i see some images report as following:
https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/mirror.png (Dimensions: 570 x 320)
with improvement message:
The following image(s) are missing width and/or height attributes.therefore i want to setup explicitly the size of the image, however i do not see where in Media > mirror.png settings.
how can i find where the image dimensions are missing ???
