Spell check not working in 2.10

  • I just finished the upgrade to 2.10 and everything appears to have gone great…except that the spellchecker built into WP doesn’t work. After making some very obvious mistakes, I click the ABC button and it says “no misspellings found.”

    Secondly, the built in FireFox doesn’t work on the visual editor unless I right click and select “spell check this field.” Does anyone know how to turn it on permanently for the visual WP editor?

    I’ve tested and found that FireFox will check spelling on WPMU which uses a similar interface but not 2.1. Is anybody else having this issue or is it just me?

    I’m having the same issue and am scouring the ‘Net for a fix – there seems to be no response from anyone at WordPress, which I find baffling.
