Spelling/Localization issues

Hello,

While translating for en_CA I wanted to raise a few minor issues in the Readme.

1. Localization – centralised should be centralized

*It’s suggested to provide the base language in en_US and translate from there as GlotPress doesn’t provide an en_US locale to translate to.

2. Spelling – hte should be the, and aso should be also

3. Spelling – supprt should be support
