Maybe you guys could make your plugin at least somewhat user-friendly with a concise tutorial video to help set up this convoluted plugin….
Current issue, “Error Sending Message Copy of The Eclectic Mind’s Weekly Newsletter to [email protected] | Bad username / password” or any newsletter for that matter
I am trying to use SendGrid seeming as though you recommend it for your plugin, however, it has only made setting up your plugin and getting it to work so daunting that it almost seems not worth it.
After attempting to setup SendGrid I can no longer get a test email to send to any email address now… Said something at one point about a “Bounce email” may be interfering. I have since removed my bounce email ([email protected]) from the Advanced options tab, assuming that was the issue, yet still nothing will send. So yeah idk if it is your plugin or if it is SendGrid..How can I rectify this without wasting a whole day with your support only to have to spend hours trying to get a different plugin to actually work or working to troubleshoot with other support. Is this a common issue? Is there a quick fix?
I am at the end of my rope with these two rediculous plugins, any help would be appreciated…
