Sperate Sub-menus on each page

hey guys,
im having trouble, i want to have a sub-menu on each/certain pages, for example:
Home
Videos
Pictures
-Featured
-Highest rated
-latest
Servers
About

The theme i am using(GamesMania) allows a second menu, but i cant make it different on each page as i dont know how. i dont know what you would call this but its sort of like giving a Sub-Menu a parent page, so depending on which page you selected, the sub-menu would be different.E.G:
Pictures
-Featured
-Highest rating
-Latest
Servers
-Latest
-Featured
-Info
