Spice Box Plugin corrupted my site

  • Hi there

    I installed the Spice box plugin however I was not happy with it so I deactivated and deleted it. Even though i deleted it, it seems to have corrupted my site where as per the url provided, it has this info popping up on the sidebar of all my pages with a sidebar and corrupting the widgets section in the Dashboar-Appearance-widget section.

    Please advise how I can fix this problem.

    Can you please let us know from which theme you are using this plugin?
    And you can remove the widget from the Widgets.
