Spinner won’t stop, deactivated all plugins, not solved

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    I have the same problem, spinner just keeps spinning. Flatsome theme.

    I solved this by installing a backup of the site. This plugin is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress yet and it say’s so on the update page but I did it anyway, don’t update until it is compatiable.

    It’s definitely not because of WordPress.

    I have two websites, first one is a webshop, where I have Flatsome theme, WordPress 5.7.1. and PHP 7.2 – and the spinner is not going away, just keeps spinning.

    On the other website (not a webshop), I have Betheme, WordPress 5.8. and PHP 7.3. – and the plugin works perfectly.

    So it cannot be because of WordPress incompatibility.

    I figured it out. For me it was old theme version. Updated to the latest version, it works now.
