    Hi Site Reviews,
Thank you for all your work on this plugin. It has been working great until recently. Unfortunately, now I cannot submit any reviews unless I’m logged in. When I try to submit a review, it just spins. Today I noticed in the status bar that says “Performing a TLS handshake to px.ads.linkedin.com…” – I don’t know if that will help.

I tried following your basic steps by changing themes and deactivated all plugins. (The url that I’ve shared is the public site. I also have a staging site where I’ve deactivated all plugins.) I was also in touch with web host and theme developer and they said to reach out to you guys to help troubleshoot.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The “Performing a TLS handshake to px.ads.linkedin.com” notice has nothing to do with Site Reviews, it’s likely from another plugin on your site that provides some kind of linkedin integration.

    1. Are there any “ERROR” or “WARNING” entries in the Site Reviews console log?

    2. It looks like the ontraport script may be conflicting with the Site Reviews form submission event. Please try temporarily disabling this widget and let me know if it fixes the problem:

If removing that widget does nothing, then the problem is unlikely to be caused by ontraport.

Have you read the “Common Problems and Solutions” section on the help page?

    Hi Gemini Labs,
    Thanks for the fast response.

    Here is the console log:

I tried removing the ontraport script from the footer widget, but it’s still spinning.

Have you verified that you have entered the correct reCAPTCHA settings?

(You may remove the console log from the post above).

Oh – the invisible captcha might be the culprit. I didn’t see that error message earlier.

We have a visible captcha for the contact form via Gravity Forms.

I guess we need an invisible captcha for Site Reviews, as I just tried disabling the captcha in Site Reviews, but the errors is still appearing.

The Site Reviews reCAPTCHA integration should work independent of the Gravity Forms reCAPTCHA.

Likely you have created a site key/secret for the wrong type of reCAPTCHA. Google provides three different types of recaptcha, the one you want is the v2 Invisible recaptcha.

I just created a new invisible captcha and added it.

I guess it can take some time to kick in, as the error message is still appearing. I did flush the cache to see if that would make a difference.

I did get that type of recaptcha:
    reCAPTCHA type:v2 Invisible

Are you sure? Google is showing that the site key is still incorrect.

Have you updated the Site Reviews settings with the new site key and secret?

Also, make sure you added your website domain when you create the Invisible recaptcha.

If you have done all that correctly, it should look like this:

    Yes, that’s what I did.
Fortunately, I guess it just took a bit of time to kick in, as it seems to be working now!
    Thanks for all your help.

Good to hear. You can reenable the ontraport widget if you like.
