    Hi, I’m really happy with your plugin, specially the masonery layout.

    I’m working on a website, and in a page, I use the gutenberg simply blocs. In that page, we have several masonery blocs to display product collections by theme. I’m facing an issue when uploading images or when I want to do updates, and the thumbails dont show, I have a spinning wheel saying “loading” and sometimes it never loads.
    Also sometimes images dont load properly and I have blue rencangles with a “!” in the back but it’s ok in the front.

    I tried another way, creating galleries on the pluging section in order to use the shortcode, but I face the same issue, when the media library modal opens, images dont appear.

    I checked with my hosting provider and everything is fine with the server.

    Please can you help me fix this issue ?

    Hello,

    If a broken link appears (!) it simply means that your hosting provider could not handle the request or there was a failure on the way of transit servers (storing the cache).
    I do not see any problems on the page at your link, but such problems (from my experience) are still problems of the host (no matter what the hosting provider says). Try to disable javascript on this page in your browser (developer tools) and see how the images are loaded on your page, if the images are not displayed then this is a problem of the hosting or your internet connection. But I am looking at your page now and everything works fine, this means that at the moment your hosting is doing great and my internet connection is good.

    Ask your friends with an alternative internet provider to visit your page at the same time as you and find out their status on your page, perhaps this is a problem of your internet connection with your host.

    Thank you for the reply.

    The issue with the blue rectangle is a minor problem and it’s only in the gutenberg page, but in front it’s ok.

    The mais issue is when I that when I want to update a gallery, the thumbnails dont load so I’m not able to edit the gallery.

    Most likely it is a conflict with other plugins or theme (there can be a million reasons for the failure). Try using your browser developer tools to analyse errors occurring on your page.

    Thank you for your response.
    I had multiple erros likes to Simply gallery : ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

    I found out there is a conflict with Chrome Adblock extension. Maybe this is liked o the fact I’m using webp images ?
    I have disable it and now (for the moment) everything is fine, in front and in back

    I and many users of my plugin use webp images on their sites and have never had such a problem. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything more about your problem, since I personally have never had such an experience. The only thing I can assume is a problem with image CDN (if you use one), then sometimes content blocking occurred.
