It seems like you have ‘Create WP users for customers’ option enabled in settings.
With this option enabled you also need to insert Appointment list shortcode to the page so customers can login to their existing accounts.
Otherwise, you may disable this option.

@moddersnuit This is very important: please do not send the plugin author any credentials to your site. It’s extremely unsafe and the author really must not make that request.

@ladela I’m pretty sure that this has come up before.

I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

When viewing the page as admin all is fine but viewing as guest (logged out admin) and clearing the browser cache !!!!!!
Like a new visitor would have then the spinning wheel comes up.
problem is with chrome and safari so it must be something else.
Hope you can figure out the problem.
I would like to buy the full version but if the lite version has problems I am afraid to buy the full version.

Found the solution myself. inspect element console pointed to Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 (Authorization Required)
The problem was the captcha protection in the admin part. Disabling that fixed the problem. My SP disabled it for me. Hope other people running into this problem can benefit from this.
