Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, WP Mail SMTP, and Yoast SEO.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I used Async JavaScript plugin and not it’s ok.

Enable Async JavaScript – Enable
Async JavaScript Method – Defer
jQuery – Exclude
Script Exclusion – jquery, jquery ui vs. you can try your scripts..
