SPIO WebP and WP Offload Media

    In a previous discussion (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/webp-and-adrotator/) I had highlighted an incompatibility between SPIO and WP Stateless. On that occasion I was told to use WP Offload Media instead of WP Stateless because you only supported the former and not the latter.

    OK, I finally made up my mind and bought a license of WP Offload Media, just to find that it works even less!

    WP Stateless generates a double copy of the webp but at least it serves the webp from the cloud.

    WP Offload Media does not generate double copies, but if I activate the “Rewrite Media URLs” function in the plugin settings, it begins to rewrite the urls and actually the images (png/jpg) are served from the cloud, but the SPIO url rewrite stops working, so webps exist but are not used.

    THEREFORE:

    SPIO + Stateless
    – images are served from the cloud
    – webp images work correctly
    – a double copy of the webp is generated

    SPIO + Offload Media
    – images are served from the cloud (but only png/jpg)
    – webp images don’t work properly
    – no duplicate webp copies

    Please help because I bought 160k shortpixel credits + Offload license and still nothing goes.
