Splash screen asking for license key

    So, I take a deep breath and “upgrade” WF on one of our sites. I get a splash screen asking for my license key, only I’d already installed that for previous version and am on a business trip and do not have my key nor my account information at hand. Do you really have people who actually draw a paycheck for this kind of stuff? Ridiculous. MTN

    You are not supposed to get a prompt to enter a license key if you already have one installed. I’m not sure why you got that. It could indicate that the key you had installed was corrupt or that there is some issue with database access or with the database tables. If you were using a free key it should be fine to let a new one install. If you need help with your premium key please email [email protected] and we’ll be able to help you out there.
