Split Column Categories

Hi,

Hope you’re fine.
Before going pro, I want to be sure that “a trick” can be possible. I explain myself. I manage a website for a snack/restaurant, every morning, we want to create a export order, and make a split (column) for each categorie (there a 6 categories). Indeed, each cook work on a specific type of product (eg: salad for a cook, sandwich for another cook) – create an export like this render more easy of dailywork.

Possible ? An idea ?
