Split Order feature missing from Order Actions

Hello,
Since the recent update I am now missing the Split Order feature from the Order Actions drop down menu?
How do I split items from my order now?

@nrs91 please make sure you have turned OFF auto split option from general settings.
@danialcooper Auto split is definitely off, just checked.
Please export your settings from Advanced Settings > Import / Export > Export. We will check it on our end.

@nrs91 a few things need to be checked.
- Orders list page was having an icon against each order to split, are you looking for that?
- On edit order page, there is a dropdown which says, split order. Or you are looking for that?
In both above cases, you have to make sure if you are trying to split an already splitted order? Please check your order custom fields, if you see a meta_key split_status = 1, it means this order has been splitted already. You must delete this meta/custom field and then check the dropdown.
Secondly:
- Are you a premium user? And after recent update your plugin copy turned into basic version?
- Or related point is still missing in our guess, kindly provide a screenshot of dropdown which was displaying the split order option earlier.
1. no, cant remember if I ever had those.
2. yes, this is the one I normally use that is missing.these are all new orders so not been split before however it appears they are registering as split already?
@nrs91 actually when there is nothing to split, split order option simply get hide. Now it is clear that you were using the split order option on edit order page. Lets record a video of any order which you think should have split order option, open it an on edit order page show me the cart items in it and the dropdown is not having the split order option. Also check the split_status in custom fields section.
It is a a new order which has never been split before.
It seems that these new orders are being marked “1” on the split_status.I have just set it to “0” and it is now allowing it to split properly.
It looks like the plugin is automatically marking new orders as have already being split since the update. (I have no automatic splits set).
Your are right but actually there is another setting which mark those orders as splitted as well which are either reviewed by the script and there are some rules to set only order statuses. Do one extra step, save changes your order splitter settings page once again with your preferences so all settings can be refreshed. Hopefully it will resolve your issue, else I have to give it another testing round that how it is splitting when split order is OFF from settings page.
