Split screen forum plug-in?

I’m trying to find a forum plugin that’ll allow me to create something like the mockup in the link below. Basically split screen (right & left forum columns) seems to be the more troublesome feature to figure out. Any advice or ideas?

The Developing WordPress forum would be for those developing their own plugin. For plugin suggestions in general, please use the Fixing WordPress forum. Yeah, that is not an intuitive location either, but that’s the topic organization we’re going with. I’ll move your topic over there, but I suggest you ask in the forum specifically dedicated to your forum plugin. Regular users of your plugin are much more likely to know of a compatible plugin than the general population here.

Oh ok, thanks for that. So do I need to repost it there or is it already moved to that forum? Also would you have any suggestions on how to best answer this? Can’t seem to find anything on how to create a split page debate page.

Please re-post, I can’t move topics to dedicated plugin forums. Short of an available plugin, it would need to be custom developed. Essentially, a custom page template with the proper code (both PHP and CSS) would be able to make such a display. Knowledge of how the forum plugin queries and outputs posts would be essential.
