Split sitemap into two columns

I′ve tried a whole day to search off the internet to see how you can split your sitemap alittle nicer in my footer. The idea is that my sitemap has two columns,the first, shows all pages.

the second one, shows all categories. On top of that I want a title over each column,pages & categories, and get rid of the number that are there for now.
