Splitting export by order?

    Hi guys,

    Is there a way to add a function so that wp export creates one XML file for every single order in woocommerce?

    Our back office system can’t cope with them all being in the same XML export.

    Hey @medran,

    Is there a way to add a function so that wp export creates one XML file for every single order in woocommerce?

    As long as it’s a “Simple XML Feed” export, you can enable the “Split large exports into multiple files” option in the Export Settings and limit the export to 1 record per-file.

    it’s using the custom functions option to create a custom XML file, does that still work?

    Hi @medran,

    Unfortunately, the “Split large exports into multiple files” option isn’t currently available in a custom XML feed.

    You would have to write custom code that uses our API ( https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/developers/action-reference/ ) to programmatically split the file after the export completes.
