Splitting the job post area into four sections

You could split into 4 new fields https://wpjobmanager.com/document/editing-job-submission-fields/ and then output them on the frontend via the template files.

Can you explain in a bit more detail what you’re trying to do?

Are you trying to pre-load those four sections in the job submission form?
